How Much Time It Takes From Passport to Visa Stamped via VFS

I have submitted my passport on 27th Dec 2019 at Ahmedabad VFS and reached New Delhi OC VAC on 30th Dec 2019. And the vfs tracking still shows "is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI".
Haven't received Passports yet or any update on my Profile.

Anyone with the same timelines??
Please keep me posted if you receive anything??

Got a message today that Π “Your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on 2020-01-14 08:31:49 AM GMT Standard Time and is on transit to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO-NEW DELHI.” Does anyone know how much time it will take to reach VFS delhi?

Passport request received via email with subject line 'Ready for Visa' on 5th Dec 2019 and passport submitted at VFS Hyderabad on 20th Dec. It reached New Delhi Visa Office (NDVO) on 23rd Dec. Then again received another letter in my CIC account on 8th Jan 2020 similar to the one received in my email earlier. Since then, waiting for COPR and no update yet.

I think we are all in the same boat, got an e-mail without any logos, sent passport on 19th, arrived the 24th. Last week we got the actual letter in CIC account, still no update.

Hi Krithika,

Even I received the passport submission request again.

I got the passport submission mail on 10th Dec 2019 and I submitted my passport on 19th Dec. After reaching the Visa office in Delhi on Dec 24th it’s still getting processed. And today on Jan 10th 2020, I got a passport submission message in the IRCC account. I am hoping this is glitch in their system.

Others who have already submitted their passport, have you received the passport submission request again??

The second one is the official CIC letter, it's exactly the same we got on e-mail.

Yes it is exactly same. Just date mentioned was different.

But I am thinking maybe this could be the reason that our passport delivery is delayed

Got the message from VFS:

"Your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on 2020-01-15 08:43:09 AM GMT Standard Time to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO-NEW DELHI". So, hopefully would receive passport tomorrow.

I submitted my passport on Dec 19th at VFS Mumbai and it has reached Delhi Visa Office where it is still under process.

However, I have also received the passport submission request again in my IRCC account. I am assuming this is a glitch in their system. Did you check if you received the passport submission request again?

Yeah sometimes that thing happens no reason to sweat about it .

Yeah those who submitted their passport during December have taken more than a month it happened to one of my good friend he submitted on 12th Dec and he got it this week.
