I have received email from CIC that i have met the sponsorship requirements. Email mentioned some docs required, i am asking here what docs are mandatory here:
Please note that the following documentation is required for your sponsored family members. If not already included in your application, please obtain and submit as soon as possible:
 Passport/Travel Document: Copies already submitted with application, do i have to submit again?
 Biometrics (if applicable): No instruction, so i assume we dont require this.
 Police Certificate: I believe we require 2 - Indian & Canadian( parents are indian nationals & visiting canada since they are here on super visa from last few years)
 Supplementary Information - Your Travels (IMM 5562): Already Submitted with application, do we have to do it again?
 Details of Military Service - N/A
 CV/Resume: What is this? does any one has a sample format?
Please provide a CV/Resume for the principal applicant and dependent spouse (if applicable) detailing education and employment information from the age of 18.

One quick question: My parents are coming to canada on 27 january as a visitor,
Is it ok if they do their medical in India ?

There are a multitude of possibilities why an application may be delayed. No one can tell you what that might be unless you got a hold of the officer that is processing your application. Send an inquiry into the delay via IRCC webform and see what they say. You could try "progress review". But, if application processing time is still within 20 to 24 months, then it won't do any good. Other applicants who applied around the same time got further in processing than you does not have any bearing on legal argument. That being said, you could also engage your MP and ask him/her to send an inquiry on your behalf as well.I would start with IRCC webform first, and approach MP if there's no reply from IRCC or does not get satisfactory answer.

Since when your app is in process? Your tracker info is not updated.

Did you sponsor anyone before this? If that sponsorship is still valid, there is a possibility the processing time would be longer

Hi I don't remember exactly remember the date but I believe quite shortly after the eCas become available to me, which should be back in Aug 2019.
I also have not sponsored anyone before and been paying my taxes on time so it does baffles me a little that it is taking longer than many other.

I am May 29 applicant. Sponsor approval is still in progress. In my case (and for few others), the reason for delay is that they contacted the province's social services department to obtain approval. Yours could be in progress for possibly the same reasons. You can order GCMS notes to find out why exactly your file is not moving.

@robertp medical done 4th January, MyCIC status: Medical passed: Jan 09. Havent submitted PCC yet as we are still waiting to get the PCC.

I have a concern and wonder if anyone here can help out. my parents are going to be here in canada on visitor visa while their pr application (2019 intake) is in process. invite received 24th apr 2019, file # received oct 11, dm on sponsorship 19th dec, biometric requested 3rd jan. Now my parents are arriving on visitor visa on 27th jan. i know i can get pcc and medicals from here in toronto, but if/when they receive passport request, will they need to go back to india and submit in new delhi or can they be submitted here?

You can send the passport to Ottowa. Advise IRCC as soon as they arrive here (better advise them before they arrive).
