Assuming after the test you have your "decision made" update soon after the test, it can take up to 8 weeks (I have seen longer) to get the invite, then the oath could be a number of weeks after that. After 48 hours of taking the oath I believe you can apply for the passport, the time to process the passport will depend on the method you choose for the speed of processing.

We passed our test today with 20/20 score. The officer mentioned that the oath invitation will be sent either through an email or a mail by Spring.

So I was too busy and skipped the book part. My husband and i concentrated on the practice questions. He used the unpaid ones he could find on youtube. Look for the updated ones. I started with the paid version but i got more confused because there were too many questions. Anyways I moved to the unpaid versions. We would look up whatever we could find on youtube and we practiced till we scored over 95 percent on most of them.
Was the test hard. No. It was very basic and we were done in five minutes. I encourage you to read the book if you can though
