Express Entry - LMIA Number

Hello,
I am a HR Manager and I am in the express entry pool now with a score of 410. One of the Canadian employer is ready to offer me a job. The offer letter will increase my score by 50 points. My question is, do the offer letter need to be supported by a LMIA number?

Yes, they need an LMIA. Note that you need around 470+ points right now, so you are still low even if the employer gets an LMIA.

Yes..thank you. I already have band 8 in IELTS. May be can rely on my dependent to increase his IELTS score.
