Ethiopia study visa applicants for Jan 2020

Please somebody help me.
I applied for study visa on Nov 14, 2019 at VAC from Ethiopia. The normal processing time is 3 weeks. But my application is still in progress. My class will start on Jan 6 2020.
So, why it has delayed and what am I supposed to do?

I Applied on November 11, medical passed on November 18 and Bio metric completed December 02.... after that no response.

VAC has no idea about the processing but I contacted the visa office via webform before 2 weeks but still they didn't reply.

me too i emailed them but they didn't respond... because i missed my registration which was on January 04 i had to defer to May

Today they sent me an email saying they are currently experiencing application volumes that exceed there capacity and will be finalizing the application the shortest time frame possible.
