Hello Everyone, I received request to submit All pages of passport, biometric, PCC, CV/Resume, Supplementary Information - Your Travels (IMM 5562) and some additional country specific documents. Everything is completed except birth certificate.

Question - My parents do not have birth certificates. So, what other document I can submit? Did anyone from India used Aadhaar Card?

Hi, i have a question. I didn't received request for medical or biometric yet, can i do the exams upfront since my parents are in Canada visiting me.

Yes you can.
As per the Cic website you can do a medical exam without instructions to expedite the process. I came acroos this information a little late as my parents have already passed medical.

Only spouse category is excluded as they have to wait for instructions from Cic.

I used passport copy as birth certificate, just provided a justification letter stating that birth certificate is not available and use passport as proof of DOB, you can also use Aadhar card along with passport to proof DOB

If they have asked you for a form then you definitely have a file number assigned. The only difference here is that you file number would have started with “X” , X mean temporary file number as you documents are not filled correctly or missing some documents. You can use the you client Id to check your status on ECAS to make sure your file is in process

Today I received acknowledgment from NDVO about PCC and Travel History form. ( NDVO took almost 2 month to respond)

Did they ask for PCC from India ? Are you submitting PCC from canada as well ?

Same thing, waiting from October 24, and ecas do not working for me.

He entered to Canada Feb 2nd 2019. As he is Korean he entered with visitor record which it allows travelers to stay in Canada 6 months and he extended for another 6 months and now it is time to extend his visitor record again. I sent full application middle of June and received AOR in October.

I have a question, does implied status will be applied for his case?
If not, should he extend visitor record again? or should he apply for visitor visa?
Does he able to extend until he gets PR?

Please help me with these questions if somebody knows.
