It's totally fine - it's very normal for many applicants. I've even seen people get a PPR immediately after IMM 5669.
Just fill it up accurately and send it over. There's nothing to worry.
I think you are under secondary clearance. I applied in november and today they replied to my mail ITS UNDER SECONDARY CLEARANCE. My classes start from 6th January. I dont know what i am gonna do!

Can you please help me on how to call IRCC and the options to choose and get the updates. It will be so helpful. I am at 74% with AOR as 12th Aug with no updates.
Hi everybody, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to come! Just wanted to say that I received my PPR on December 24 . Here's hoping for the best for everybody here! You have been very helpful!
Just had a query, though. Is it absolutely essential for the hard copies of the photographs submitted along with the passports (for stamping) to be the same as the soft copies previously included in the application? Just figured that the dimensions of our faces in the previous photographs were all wrong. They come up to 40 mm instead of the mandated length of 31-36 mm.

No. Your new photos will have to be taken once again, and must be within 6 months. They also need to have the address & name of the photographer at the back - it's a completely different spec from the original pictures.
Get them taken professionally again for Canadian PR.
