I submitted my paper based application to the Sydney Office, it was delivered on November 12th, 2019. It is December 20th and still no AOR. Wondering how long more it will take?. I dont want a delay because of the upcoming holidays.

Usually the AOR will be sent within 2-4 weeks for a paper based application. Only for electronic applications is the AoR sent immediately.

I called them and they said it takes 2 months on average. So unsure about where u heard 2-4 weeks. And the process becomes quicker after AOR

If they did confirm that it takes 2 months, then you should wait for it.

Here are my details and timeline-
Ontario PNP and outland
Received PNP nomination around September 20
ITA- Oct 30
AOR - December 9

I have a medical condition, so waiting out for medical exam results. I am also not currently living in a country where my primary bank accounts are. I have not been able to provide proof of funds in the format Express Entry asks for and have provided six months of statements instead and have mentioned in LOE. Fingers crossed if the proof of funds will be accepted.
