Did you provide the test results for your wife during the CSQ stage?

No she is on spouse work permit, she does not need to provide language result while applying CSQ.

I need help, Today I have received a document request from CIC related to PR file, They have requested the below documents.

Please help me understand what exactly I have to sent, I get that I have to send PCC again but they have also requested my wife's language test results which I didn't get, I have never heard of them asking it to anyone else,


For Me :
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following document(s) are required:

 > Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature In Schedule A, question 6(d) you have responded affirmative. Please provide details.

 SVP inclure dans la section « Antécédents personnels » les périodes suivantes : 2009/04-211/07; 2013/04-2016/06. Ne laissez aucune période inexpliquée. This must be received at this office by: 2020/01/17

 > Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate You have provided a copy of your police certificate from India. You must submit the original document.

For My wife :

 If your documents are not in French or English, a certified (notarized) translation must be submitted with a copy of the original version.

 Original Police Certificate and Language Tests - When sending your documents via the Case Specific Enquiry, you must provide a scan of the original document. We do not accept copies scanned by notaries.

The above information/documents must be received in our office within 60 days from the date of this letter. Please reply promptly with requested information to avoid any further delay. Any documentation or correspondence you send should include your UCI and Application number as indicated at the top of this letter.

I am so stressed, my wife almost 9 month pregnant, she cannot attend IELTS exam in current situation.

What about the language test result for your wife? They mean french test or english?

They don’t need language test, it was normal wording related to the format they need for the requested document.

In short, it was my misunderstanding,

CIC did not requested for language test in document request.

i just have to mail above mentioned 2 documents only.

Good you got a helpful agent. I think your PPR is coming soon once they get your documents.

How do you sent original PCC ? When they say "original" does it mean you have to mail them the original PCC to their Sydney address ?

I believe you can just send scanned PCC thru the webform which I did before. No need to send the original PCC by mail, but you can always check with CIC, each case is different, better be sure than sorry!
