I am expecting to get an ITA by the next draw as I have just accepted my Alberta nomination. My CRS Is 975.
My question is, can I decline the ITA when I get it as I'm yet to gather all my documents.
If I decline the ITA, will I still receive an ITA in the next draw?

After your receive the ITA you have 60 days to file a complete application, which is more than enough time to collect all documents. If you decide to decline the ITA, you will have to wait for the next draw and if your CRS is over the cut off score, you will get the ITA.

- 8/14/2019 : Documents Sent to WES
- 10/9/2019 : WES ECA Report
- 10/13/2019 : EE Profil created
- 10/30/2019 : Got ITA
- 12/19/2019 : AOR
