Unfortunately, that was not a real "ghost update", because there was actually an update which was "your medical passed on XX" to "You do not need a medical exam, we will let you know when it changes", that could be your background check is still in process and it will not finish anytime shortly. They will send you a re-medical request when your background check is finished. You probably need to wait for another real ghost update before anything could really happen. I experienced the same. So don't hold your breath, it may not happen soon.

Hay if we recieve remedical then what will be the next step
And how much time will it take further for ppr

Hello, a general question. Alhumdulillah I Have received an email advising my passport is ready for pick up at the VAC in Karachi, I need my receipt and cnic when picking up, however does anyone know if there is a pick up time window specifically or anytime they are open ? Thanks

Hi, First all congratulations, It is not complicated at all you can simply go with your ID card and a receiving letter on any Working day

my file is transferred to LVO so i guess Its not some thing that LVO did. Now the case is in their hands
