Hi please update line 342, received Biometrics Instructions letter and Pre Arrival Services letter today morning.
on my cic account it says Background check is under process and will inform me if any additional documents are required.
what should i expect next from them

Anyone know how I can contact hongkong office? Mycic shows I have enrolled in Bio but also says:

• We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details.

Any Ideas?

@ligm Did you check your my cic account? This line in ecas i think is generally for Biometrics request.Others can comment.

I paid BIO fees 170 CAD on July 23,2019, but didn't received further instruction letter. On Dec 10, I got 170 CAD from CIC.
My parents are in Canada when submitting documents.

What is your application received and medical passed date ?

My application received date is May 14th 2019. Medical passed date is September 16th 2019.
Ghost update is mid Nov.

I got ECAS in process and request for biometrics today Dec 16, 2019.

I have a question: Does a request for biometrics mean I'm approved as a sponsor?

Finally they are working on June10 now

What I ready previously on this thread was, read original as ' unaltered scan copy of PCC. NDVO is accepting email copies of PCC, many on this forum have done that with email only.
