Yes you can.

There is no option of suing. My wife's application has been in process since May 2018 with no end in sight. There is no one in the government that will take your side. The only response you get is that the application is in processing. All you can do is pray and nothing else

Exactly you can't sue them you can take them to federal court but useless.

Hy mate
I am June 2018 applicant . After 17 months November 2019 I had my interview to determine the eligibility .
The interview was okay I answered all the questions but officer didn't give any hint and told me to wait for email from visa office.
Now after 2 weeks my gckey status is changed to " you completed the interview " and background checks " not applicable
My medical is about to expire in 2 weeks and they never asked me to give my biometrics.

Anybody have any idea about this my status plz let me know

Yup. Just make sure to send pictures, invitations and marriage certificate, provide explanation in simpler terms where needed.
You are married and its all that counts.

My application took 2 and half years since aug 2017 for family sponsorship and 11 months of Comprehensive Security Screening but still no news.. 3 days ago i just saw a progress bar shows 100% complete but i guess it shows the estimated time is 100% complete which completed in aug 2018... i feel discrimination because i have never committed any crime in life... Any idea what 100% actually mean

Hi, it is acceptable for submission of your application, i had similar case with 250 guests but be mentally prepared to get a letter asking why you didnot perform rukhsati when it is an imp part of marriage. i know its everyones personal choice but they want to know the reason and explaination n they will ask when will you perform rukhsati. so make sure you have all the reasons and answers to a letter from lvo.
