Please advise on this: - a Closed Work Permit holder came to Canada to work but got fired when he stood up against the boss since the employer who hired him was treating him, and his friends as slaves.
He lost his job and has to work varied cash payments jobs until a new employer of a different kind of job realizes his great potential, and this new employer wants to hire him to work full time.
Were his cash-paying jobs will affect his application for an Open Work Permit?

There are couples of potential employers wants to hire him to work in different kind of jobs. We learned that CIC had a new program to allow a foreigner to come to work under 2 categories: farming, or food industry. If they have full time job offer in these 2 categories for 3 years, then they will be eligible to apply to become Canada PR right? Please advice. Thank you.

Still very hard to say with such limited info. However generally speaking, in Ontario PR is only possible with a NOC A, B or 0 role. So if this is a NOC C or D role, assume PR in Ontario won't be possible.

If you have a Closed Work Permit to work for only one employer, but got fired after you stood up for labor justice. Can you apply to change your C.W.P to Open W.P if there an employer likes to offer you a full time job? Please advise how to do this.
