Is there ever a case where your WES report is delivered before the estimated date?
My current status is:
The estimated completion date of your evaluation is 12/18/2019
My ACCA and MBA from heriot watt university is being evaluated since 11/21/2019

Earlier (till a month and a half back) it was the case, they used to give the report 3-4 days prior to the due date. However, going by recent trends, now you can expect it the same day or even a couple of days later.

Please don’t plan.. apply ASAP and initiate the process. Don’t think that WES is gonna give your reports with 35business days(45calendardays) at times it may go beyond this and you might get frustrated. Hope you go through all the messages in this thread and understand what others are going through. Don’t do the mistake what I have done .. planning

Thanks, I know, but I am currently doing a one year diploma course and it will get over in December. My exams are going on, I don't have time to go to my bachelor's institute and ask them to send my transcripts to Wes. So I will start in jan

Either through 'contact us' form or by giving them call on (+1) 800.361.6106 (Canada) / (+1) 212.966.6311 (USA). Not that they would be of a lot of help even on call, but at least you get a response there, and may be an escalation (be ready for at least 15 minutes of wait time).

So calling them was useful? I already escalated twice and got not estimation date. My documents are under verification since November 1st. Do you guys suggest I just wait it out or keep calling?

Yes.I would say call them and ask.about escalation. They will provide an update. I made 2 calls and it was useful

Mine was yesterday 11th Dec estimated date of completion of the evaluation. I haven't received anything even after the due date.
