My wife name didn’t show on my file ?? I send email to IRCC they just told me your file is under processing ..that’s it ..

To make you understand better, this is how my list of submitted files show right now (I'm showing the last documents only, the list is huge):

As you can see above, the last document in the list is the "RPRF".

But, if I refresh this page in my browser multiple times (10, 15 or 20 times), I get this:

So, there's a "Client Information" there, that (for some reason) doesn't show up every time the page is loaded. Now it shows as submitted because I did it today, but imagine this having the "Upload File" next to it. That was basically why I was getting the "Your action is needed" instead of "Submitted" in my profile home.

I hope that makes some sense. Cheers!

I really wish but i am still waiting for that golden email everyday and each hour

After 22 months of my processing time. I got an email from IRCC that I've to submit all my forms (IMM008, BACKGROUND DECLAIRATION, TRAVELS) PCC, biometrics and Medical.
They gave a deadline of 30days (not 30working days)
Not sure what's happening. Its frustrating.

They gave me a deadline Dec-31st,2019..I guess I can only wait and see what will happen
