Hi @robertp @YULIA-2016! I am happy to share that we received my mom's passport back today!

Note: Passport was received in Ottawa on November 19, so it took 20 days.

Hi @robertp @YULIA-2016, please update my timeline, SA letter received Dec 6 for Biometric, PCC.

I was able to link my application to myCIC on Dec 6

I did not received Medical letter although it says that they requested Medical on myCIC and letter will be send but it did not come with SA. I wonder if I should contact CIC.

Where is your LVO?
Did you receive bar coded biometrics requisition letter?

Hi All, do we need to submit the original copy of Police clearance certificate to Missisaugga office or I can scan and email to them?

Also do we need a PCC from Canada also?

You can scan and email. No need for Canada PCC

I made an account for my father, but as soon as I log in it is not giving me an option to link the paper application - it keeps taking me back to the home page. How do I do this? Any help will be appreciated.

1. Sponsorhip approved on Dec. 6;
2. sponsorship approval letter also asked for generic list of additional documents: passport - all pages, PCC, Hukou, IMM 5562 Travel History, and resume;
3. as per above, PCC request on Dec. 6.

which process files faster? local NDVO or CPS-Mississauga ? SA letter saying "the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative will be processed at CPC-Mississauga" is it good or bad?

Mississauga faster.

Dec 6 is date in SA letter.
Mississauga office
No bar code, it say lease note that the following documentation is required for your sponsored family members. If not already included in your application, please obtain and submit as soon as possible: "
Passport/Travel Document:
Biometrics (if applicable)
Police Certificate:
Your Travels (IMM 5562)
CV/Resume


Those are things mentioned, so medical....that's what worry me as if it's a glitch OR its normal..

Hi,

When dependents are under 22 year of age and are involved in the sponsorship (half-siblings), is financial obligation for 20 years until they reach 22 years or 25 years.
