Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

Both my parents are from India, and they don't have their birth certificates (this is part of country specific requirements). What options do they have in this case? I don't think they can get a new one in the next few weeks unless you have other suggestions (like affidavit in lieu etc.)?

i was worried that my doctor never send confirmation about that medical has been sent or not?
bcz there was one blood work came positive,
we received a letter on october 30 and they mentioned 30 days.its been over 30 days.
we did medical on nov 18th.no confirmation yet

which process files faster? local NDVO or CPS-Mississauga ? SA letter saying "the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative will be processed at CPC-Mississauga" is it good or bad?

You may provide an explanation letter, don't think that the affidavit is required.
Others may give their opinion on this too.

And "we have started checking Background. we will advise you if we need more information".

When I started checking the online status Medical passed was already there for a month ago and they just moved it up from bottom to upper part as an update on Friday on Profile.

And earlier on Background Check it was there Not Applicable but on Friday it updates to
"we have started checking Background. we will advise you if we need more information".

Also on Eligibility Requirement it says "we are Reviewing your Eligibility". Is it Standard.

Can anybody advise if this is last step before forwarding PPR or more steps needs to be done.

Anyone who got remarks on one of their parents in their NBI “no criminal record”? Case was dismissed. IRCC requested the nbi explanation, own detailed explanation and all court documents already ready for submission. I just want to ask how long does it normally take to respond from LVO Manila? I received the email to submit additional docs for my MIL. With respect to Country Specific Requirements, when i went under SPOUSE sections of requirements and pulled by selecting Bangladesh then it is saying:::

Bangladesh - Additional forms for residents

• There are no extra forms for this country.

Did any of you submitted anything extra as I am not getting any docs or forms that I will have to submit.

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated. I am planning to call CIC on this matter to confirm but I am sure someone from our group went through this process already and need to get their two cents on this.

There are no additional doc required for Bangladesh

Hi All,

This is continuation to my original post regarding PCC sent by RCMP.

RCMP confirmed that they mailed police clearance from Ottawa through Canada post on November 28th.

I have not received the PCC yet. I live in Brampton.

Is this kind of delay normal? Has anyone experienced similar delays in Mail delivery from Canada post?

I am worried as the deadline to submit is approaching fast.

Please guide and share your experience.
