I was charged with death threat in 2016 but I was found not guilty by judge. I

If you know anything about this situation, please let me know. I have consulted with a lawyer for this. They said there should not be issue

as long as your not guilty it shoundnt be a problem make sure you mention that in the form and explain and you must have got the letter from court attach it..

I have the copy of minutes. But do I have to attach that with the application ???
Can I not just mention and explain it.

when you will ge your police clearance it would come up there or when the cic do background check i think its better to mention but.. pls do whatever your lawyer says.. as per the law follow it

I have disclosed this in past when I applied for work permit. I will mention it in the application, background information section.

And I don't have a lawyer. That's why I am seeking a second opinion.

I spoke with one lawyer, he said there won't be any issue, could be a delay. He said you are not inadmissible, because you were not guilty.

Then he told me that he can make a letter which would state different laws which proves that I shouldn't be in any problem. And that would cost me 750$$$$ bucks. So I said No.

Anyone apply for a BOWP while awaiting PR completion for PNP? If province of nomination is different than where you currently reside, what do you put down for contact information/intended place of work (did you leave this part blank)?

can i pay my PR application fee in two parts i mean from two cards at a time ?/

That I really don't know. But you can pay fees PR Now and later you can pay RPRF fees later.

Yes I just recently got my BOWP. Mine was Paper based Alberta PNP, so they put employment restriction. I can not work outside Alberta.

If you have access to call cic then you can ask for status and visa office. I m from India, but saying in kuwait due to work. I tried to call cic from various app but it was not processed.
