What do you mean that your wife has refusal? Is she the principal applicant? Or do you both have separate applications?

Does this mean my PR will be sent to my address?

Review of medical results
November 23, 2019 You passed the medical exam.

Review of additional documents
We need additional documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details.

Interview
You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.

We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.

Background check
We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Final decision

Same here. If you have not ordered GCMS notes, you can consider filing for them too. However, GCMS notes are taking more time too nowadays. Did your medical expire? Some applications see some movement after that (my application did not).
