There is no such requirement. However, if your spouse is added to your application, there is no point in having a separate profile, unless you are unsure of your application outcome and want to keep that as an option.

ITA received on Nov 27 and planning to submit in the next 2 weeks.. I need help in filling the profile.

I'm a temporary resident of Canada since 2017 and currently living in India on my Maternity leave vacation since Oct 15, 2019, and I'll be going back to Canada by Feb 8, 2020.

So my question here is, for the country of residence in the personal details section which country should I put... Canada/India..

Any help is much appreciated

The country where you are currently residing is your country of residence. When you move, you will have to inform IRCC of the change of country of residence. Also, you will need to provide PCC accordingly.
