Applied on September 13 with spouse for OWP but she was refused because I didn’t submit the job documents.

Are we supposed to get an approval letter when we are approved? I got approved yesterday but there is no messages.

Yeah, I think the same because the only approvals in Sept. are spouse ones, no single applicant approvals. I thinks that's because there might be very few single applications from Sept. 1-10 that's why they are focusing on all the remaining Aug applications for single and spouse. But thats just a wild guess

They will start sep file soon.. might be we received by next week end those whose applied 7 or 8th sep

I think you get the hard copy of work permit in your mail directly. No approval letter.
