When the officer called me 16 days ago she did day "we will be in touch in 2 to 3 weeks".
yea i was told same by phone agent it may take 3-4 weeks for me she said

Need help,
When we submit the passports to Ottawa for PR Visa and the COPR, in the pre-paid Canada post envelope should we write our address or IRCC address? Or just keep it blank the return prepaid envelope?
 
It has been more than 7 days since the last time an applicant got PPR. So frustrating!
