Hello friends could anyone shed some light on this please
My DM was on 20 Nov at CPC M, no PPR yet so I called CIC and the agent said that the file had been transferred to the home country of PA and they will send Further instructions.
My question is if my DM was at CPC M which sends out PPR directly so why file has been transferred to PA home country.
Any comments would be very much appreciated

This is my assumption.... High Commission of Canada in your PA's home country will send you a PPR..so I believe that is why the agent said the file has been transferred to PA's home country.

CPC-M must have informed High Commission of Canada in PA's home country to send PPR email...so they are just processing the request and hopefully send you the ppr email really soon. I hope I am right.

Best advice I can give you is to visit your local MP and let them know about your issue. They will call IRCC and hopefully get a clear answer

Why didn't you pay your fees with your application???? I dont understand so many of you that have these questions!!! Did you guys not read the guide or application form it says it clearly PAY YOUR FEES BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR APPLICATION!!!

does anyone here have the same situation like mine I submit my application on June 14 they receive it on 2 August I received a letter on 26 August saying in order for we to start posting your application you must pay biometric fee

There are different circumstances and reasons. Judge not, that you may not be judged!

Got pre-arrival message today on GCKey, but my profile didn't update there or on ECAS. When does that usually happen?

My timeline:

• Application received: July 5
• AoR 1: August 28
• Biometrics (BIL): September 4
• Medical Request (MR): September 5
• File transfer to Vienna VO (AoR 2): September 26
• Medical passed: September 27
• Application processing start: October 1
• Pre-arrival letter: November 27

I received a mail letter yesterday from immigration that my application is in VO in Ankara.
But I haven’t received biometric yet .
Is it normal I do have a representative they should send it to him not me right ?
