Quick Question

My parents completed Medical on Nov 11, 2019 @ Calgary. How long does it take for them to update that on mycic account.?

Any Idea ?

Hi! My parents are here in Canada via SuperVisa since 2017. We received a letter saying that their application will be processed at CPC-Mississauga. They have done and passed their medical. They were not requested to submit biometrics. Then, we got a request for additional documents such as IMM5562 Supplementary Travel Info, their resume, police clearance - all of which were submitted on Oct 31. They have acknowledged receipt of these documents on Nov 13. Today, we received a letter saying that their application will be transferred to the visa office in Manila (Philippines).

I am a bit confused why my parents’ application is transferred to Manila, when they are living here with me in Canada? Is this the usual process after medical has been passed along with additional documents?

Sponsorship Approval

I live in Quebec, so, I need now to file with province. and send all additional documents that Federals asked like passports again, and travel information, and super strange request for CV/Resume. If they ask everyone to send all these additional forms and documents, from what I can see now, why it is not a part of the original package?

I received medical furtherance letter on July 25 2019. Finally medical passed on Nov 21 2019. After some additional tests performed

Had to resend the extra documents as the emails were bigger than 5mb. All resent today, so just waiting for confirmation that they have received them and that they comply with their requirements. Will hopefully hear something in the next 5 days or so.

Just got an email that the file will be transferred to the New Delhi visa office. Earlier it was CPC-Mississauga. Any one has idea why they transferred to NDVO at the final stages?
Is there anything to worry about?

Passport received in Ottawa on Nov 5th and we got it back on Nov 20Th

Bio-metrics request letter received today. Both for PA and Dependent.

The letter is asking for Fee as well. I have already paid the applicable fee. What to do?

Where can I get the fingerprints done at the earliest?

Please guide.

You will get separate instruction letter on how to get BIO and PCC done. This letter will have a barcode in the bottom which can tell that you have paid the required fees.

May I ask if you sent the additional documents via email?

I sent mine two days ago. It will take about 2 weeks to get acknowledgement of receipt fr that?
