Im in same boat. Submitted passport on 6th Nov. No update since. Im CEC inland with one dependent.

Today 19 Nov 2019,13:30 Toronto time, got Application/profile updated, click in said "November 19, 2019 Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details.", which means my application is finally approved and waiting for the copr and landing. PPT received on 5 Nov@cpc Ottawa.

Hi I am in CEC stream, basis PPR - passport received at Ottawa on 8th Nov, waiting for COPR, anyone with this timeline

For me, it took exactly 3 weeks after passports reached Ottawa to get it approved update on the CIC account.
Passport return had been a different story for me. CIC contacted me to send a new label from Fedex to return passports which I did immediately. No update (3 days) since then.
