Was this just approved?
What was your eligibility revioew started yesterday?

It was just approved. I checked the status in the morning. It was in the review process.
The review might start earlier. But I am sure it just happened in the last three business days.

The waiting time is too loooooooooong. I couldn't focus at work for two days - couldnt sleep as soon as my review began. Thank you lord!

I got approved for LMIA exemption WP after 110 days, but my wife's application still in process, i mean no change yet.
I am bit confused, does anyone can share their knowledge on this.

Why you took LOA if you already had an official break?

IT was advised by International student office

one of my friends had a similar issue. He studied from CU. Attaching clarification letter with declaration from Uni that you are a full time during entire program would solve your problem.

You have to get the attestation letter from Birks Student Service Centre of CU. it should explain that you are a full-time student during your entire program & summer break was official.

I am so worried
Last time i applied on april 29 and i got my work permit refused on august 1
My file is under restoration and i am facing so many problems am so tensed
And the process is slow i am very helpless
I hate canada seriously

You have to get the attestation letter from Birks Student Service Centre of CU. it should explain that you are a full-time student during your entire program & summer break was official.

He was denied at the border. then he reapplied online & got approved. In your case, you may have to apply for restoration first and then reapply with the attestation letter & explanation. You better call CIC or take lawyers advise.
