Hello. Our submission date is May 28, and my father received the biometrics request last Oct 21, 2019. Then my parents' application was transferred to Manila Visa Office on Oct 31, 2019.
Based on your experience, when do we expect to get the Medical and Police Clearance requests? Thanks
My name is Charmy and i submitted an application for my mother in law on June 19th. I have not received anything yet and i am worried. Is this normal? Should i contact them?
Would wait a few more weeks. Many people are in the same position as you are and they haven’t received AOR yet. Processing just takes time. If you are the only one who has heard nothing then it would be a different situation. Would recommend you monitor the tracker.
Mine was received on 19th. Nothing yet. I called them last week and they gave me a temp file number but thats about it. I cant do anything with the temp file number. Waiting for AOR.
Could you please let me know if its necessary to line the application into GC key?
Unfortunately im not able to link it , now Im worried if I miss any correspondence with CIC because of that.

Received SA letter, Bio and PCC request on Nov 15, 2019. CPC-Mississauga is LVO
Question: Guys who are getting their PCC from India specifically from Punjab. Where and how are you getting PCC done? Are you going through passport service or directly to police?
Question: In the letter I received it says that BIO instructions are provided but I don't see anything regarding instructions. I have already paid BIO fees with my application. Should I wait for instructions to come through my email? or should I call CIC? How to proceed with it?
Friends, can some one share their experience for doing BM at Buffalo ASC?
In terms of which border is better to go, Fort Erie or Rainbow bridge?
Experience at the border in terms of questions asked and if we can say upfront about BM?
Experience at the ASC in terms of what documents they ask to prove legal status in US etc?
And any other helpful information ?
I took my parents for bio to Buffalo ASC at end Sep. We took Rainbow Bridge and told US border staff that we were going for shopping and sightseeing (to see Niagra Fall from the other side) and would return on the same evening. We answered about our previous trip to US. No more questions were asked.
Our appointment at ASC was for 1200hrs but we reached there at 11:20am. We were finished and came out by 11:30. They just asked for BM instructions and passports. BM were updated in myCIC by 3:00pm on the same day.
While returning CBSA officer asked us about the first entry into Canada and didn't stamp passports. She asked about the value of purchases we had made. Thats it. Overall, it was all very smooth.
