I noticed it only on 23rd October 2019. Could have been before.
Got RPRF request today.
Do you think this means anything?

After that there has been no update. Medical result is still under review. Its been 5 months. Called CIC twice got the same reply, there is still some time left on the processing period. Has there been a case like mine?

Just called IRCC, and I was told the officer who’s viewed my file has checked my submissions and no additional document is needed from me. As my application nears its 6th months on file, and processing for FSW-O takes about 6 months, hopefully I’ll hear of the decision soon. Background checks, though, haven’t been marked as done. Got all this info from the agent I spoke with.

I have a GU 2 days ago and I aug AOR, VO Edmonton... Don't worry its a sign that means someone is working on your file

The landing page showed status as ‘Application/profile updated’ instead of submitted. But once i clicked on it, there were no updates in the application and again the status changed to submitted. BGC status has not changed yet. Is it important for BGC To change?
