Hope this is the eye opener people on this thread need.

We need to learn to be optimistic and positive rather than making unfounded statements and guesses that dampen morale . People were already making assumptions like :
- CIC is freezing draws to deal with backlog
- CIC is making changes to policies

None of us work at CIC or else we wouldnt be here , so lets stop making unverified claims that turn "Ray of Hope" into "Blood Pressure Hiker"
