Saying that

• The responsible office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if the sponsored person (the applicant) meets the eligibility requirements
• • The criminality verifications are currently valid.
  • The security verifications are in process
  
  So why are they so slow to transfer or give any further update

Security cannot start for you as its done after eligibility checks are passed for PA and eligibility checks are done at LVO after file transfer.

If you call IRCC helpline, they will confirm the same and your GCMS notes will tell same.

Yes ircc confirmed each time I called them they said the same thing ....
Plus gcms I tried but I couldn’t order

Got aor2 today.. feb 19th applicant. File was transferred to lvo on 17th oct.

Did you also get an Email with a letter that reads the below...

The IRCC Office in London is a large office responsible for 17 countries in three different regions (the British Isles and Nordic Countries, the Gulf, and Pakistan and Afghanistan). Due to the volume of applications we receive it may be a few months before we start active processing of your application.

I’m PA and feb applicant and file transferred to LVO yesterday, my spouse who is Sponsor has received this mail not me. Is it normal that only sponsor receives this transfer mail as I’m not notified on my gc key
