Please I need some clarifications on behalf of my sister who is in the express entry pool and chose Alberta to be considered for the Alberta Express Entry Nomination. She has a CRS score of 349 and I can see that the list on the AINP website shows that the draw on 24 October 2019 had 300 as the CRS score of the lowest candidate selected.I assume everyone in the pool with CRS above 300 and meets other criterias such as an acceptable NOCS,and maybe a sibling in Canada should receive NOI after the draw.
Please can someone shed more light on how the selection works. It appears my understanding about this part of the process is incorrect.
I would appreciate a clarification on this. Thanks

NOCs are determining factor as much as ties to Alberta. What is her NOC? Maybe she might be lucky next time. I am equally waiting with points above 300 with NOC 4212 but was not selected in the Oct 24 and 30 draw.
