Thanks. Above given is id of vo ottawa. I searched it on other forums though not tried personally. But feel its right. Even i m thinking of writing to them. The wait is really gruesome now.

Same. Perhaps they've realized that the countdown to processing cases within 6 months was such a lie that they've given up on using it anymore.
