TRV From Inside Canada - Normal Processing Time Has Passed

I sent them my passport on 4th Oct and it was delivered to them on 8th Oct. I am still waiting for them to send back the stamped passport.
Any update from your end? Did they send your passport back?

Note: I attached a copy of flight tickets with my application. Though I missed my flight, it did help in speeding up the process.

They said they are still reviewing applications that were submitted oct 13th. He said you should get an update by next week
