From cic customer service agent,you can call them.

When i called for them agent didn't told me where file because she can't see

I dont know the reason for transfering.

i ordered gcms notes but it delayed too. gcms notes will be deliever to me nearly 15 january 2020 according to their message.
I am outland and kinda woried. All from my acquaintances, whose files has similar date to me get ppr or adr. I dont have either, even gcms to instantly

All my friend who applied later than got pr
And I am still waiting
Agent told me the same thing
Your file looks good and waiting for an officer to review.Mine got transfered in june 2019.

Application received instead in progress june
Nothing since then.
The hurts part of it is that i just get quite well offer from abroad and i dont know what i need to do: accept offer or just wait for cic
