1 more question ismailel. In my first application one of my refusal reason is current employment situation which I answered the employment status as unemployed which I thought it is not necessary. But the truth is I am workin on my own business and family business. How can explain it in my SOP and is it okay to indicate in my re application?

I am sorry this is a tough one, I am not experienced enough to answer this. Maybe talk about temporarily suspending your current business and you'll resume working as soon as you graduate and come back home? it's always best if you provide supporting documentation to prove your points.
It's best to post a new thread to get some experts input. Also if you got the CAIPS notes they will have a much more detailed reason on your employment situation refusal.
No biggie if you are getting a new gckey account for the new application.

No worries. It does take time to get these notes. Most providers would take 30-60 days to get you the notes for a fee. If you don't have time to wait just reapply without them and make sure to address the refusal reasons properly.
