How can I change/cancel my authorization to have DHL return my documents to me. Because I prefer to go pick them up myself from the Visa office when it ready for pick up.???

Are you in Accra ? You can email them and they will send you a pick up email. But if you sign the consent form for DHL to deliver to you, not sure Accra will grant you to pick it up your self. But let’s hope someone with more experience about this reply soon

So my spouse's passport expires in 7months n the timeline remaining on our application is 9months.. now i heard the VO won't issue a visa in ur passport if it expires in 6months or less..is ot true? Do we have to renew his passport now?

I think my best advice would be to contact the visa office to inform them on this regards, and they can guide you on how to go about this. And yes I heard they can only issue visa on passport that has 6months validity. I hope this help

So i called n i was told usually before expires the officer will request for us to renew the passport or we can be proactive now n get it renewed to prevent any additional delays and submit it online

I guess u should wait until they request, of course they will give you more time to provide them with the passport

Hello people on here, I will be glad if I get a candid advice here.....I received a letter of interview today scheduled in Accra Ghana for December, my sponsor and I lives in the US and my address and everything is in the US but they scheduled my interview at ACCRA ghana visa office, there`s no way me and my spouse(sponsor) can go to Nigeria for the interview, I am out of status, what if I`m not granted the Visa?
Please I need your help on this...what should I do?

I’m very sure they will know your passport will be expired in 2 months and can’t issued visa on it, except it’s at least 6months before expiration. They will surely contact u on this regards and may ask u to go for passport renewal, only this can cause some delays in the processing time. My opinion
