Me and my wife landed in Toronto on 5th October but I haven't received my card yet. The current processing time says 18 days. Are those 18 working days or it includes weekends as well? The current status of our application says 'Submitted'.

Based on my conversation with agents, it is calendar days, not business days. I think you should call the helpline. If it's taking longer than average the agent can send a note to the processing center which may help. I got a ghost update a couple of days after the agent sent a note....

Had a ghost update last Friday, then reverted to Submitted.

I landed in Toronto October 5th also, My status is the same as yours

Our current status says Submitted (I managed to link both our applications yesterday to my CIC account. I didn't know we had to do that)
I sent a query through their web form. Now I'm just waiting for a day to two before I call them up.

Ohh. Happened to you as well. The site says 18 days now up to 19 days. I sent an inquiry via their web form now I'm just waiting for their response. Might take them a day to two to get back. I'll update if I get a response from them.

Ghost update: Oct 23rd 2019
Call and IRCC confirmed application approved and card was sent for production on Oct 24th 2019
Notification: Application was approved and card was mailed out Oct 28th 2019
Hopefully it get to me this week.

Got another update today with Approved status with message that the card has been mailed and it will take approx. 6 weeks time for delivery

Got the update that my card has been mailed out today.They say it can take up to six weeks to arrive.
Quick question - how long has it taken people to get their cards after it was mailed?

I got the approval 2 weeks ago and still waiting. I thought everting was done with landing but the waiting time never ends.
