In process changed to decision made for sponsor and applicant

I am sponsoring my husband. After receiving a procedural fairness letter (proof of intent to return to Canada) and sending the needed documents, the in process on ecas now has been changed to decision made however we havent recieved any email of the decision. Can anyone please tell me how long it might take to get PPR or if thats good news at least?(or refusal)

I am in the same boot my application was received on 24 Sep 2019 and I received the PFL on 13 of Sep to which I have responded on 8th of Oct and I received the pre-arrival services but nothing has changed on the status can you please share your timeline with me so that I can figure out my timeline. My visa office is London
