We received two emails to let us know about the transfer to the London Visa Office.
On Sept 30th the sponsor received an email saying that the application had been sent to the VO.
On Oct 4th the applicant received an email saying the application had been received by the VO (believe this is the AOR2).
Good Day everyone. I am the principal applicant under spouse visa application outland and living here in Australia. I’ve tried changing my new address twice thru webform but unfortunately my ecas was not updating it still has my old address in it. Anyone has an issue same as mine? And how can i solve my issue it’s still bothers me a lot.
My issue with changing my address is slightly different than yours, but we are having issues nevertheless.
I (the sponsor) called in June to change my address because I moved from the USA back to Canada and the agent changed it while I was on the phone. I checked ECAS a couple of days later and it showed my new address in Canada so I thought everything was good.
BUT when I received the letter on Sept 30th saying the application had been transferred to the VO the address on the letter was my old address in the USA!!
I sent a message on Sept 30th a message on the webform to ask them why the address was incorrect on the letter they had just sent when it had been showing correctly on ECAS since I changed it in June. As of today, Oct 24th, I still haven't received any response to that message so I don't know if they have corrected it or not.

We called 1-888-242-2100 but we did it from Canada. I don't think the number works outside of Canada. I tried to call once from the United States but it didn't work.
I'm not really sure but I've heard people say they didn't receive the AOR1 and AOR2 but things still progressed. I don't think the process is very reliable, consistent, or efficient, to be honest. If you received one to the sponsor saying it's been transferred and no AOR2... it likely has been transferred but they didn't send out the AOR2.
