Pre arrival letter and decision made

Hi All,

Which email will the pre-arrival letter go to, the sponsor's email or principal applicant's email?

My application is under the the spouse sponsorship process. I'm the applicant from outside Canada.

Do you mean the pre-arrival letter will be sent to GCkey account, same as biometric collection letter and medical exam introduction letter?

SAME. No updates at all! I received my Pre-Arrival Letter last Sept 4. I sent my application january 2019. The wait is stressing

I received the Pre-Arrival on October 03. My wife also delivery a new baby on October 04. I sent the file on june 14, 2018. I sent the birth certificate October 19 on the web form. I have been following your thread on these forums. But I don't understand real that my family sponsorship Pre arrival meaning also if you add a new baby how long the case will last again.

No, I didn't sign up for any service, I don't need it as I am inland applicant.
But PAL means nothing to me as it has been two months and nothing changes to my pr application, very frustrating

I think I had whats known as a "ghost update" yesterday. I log in every few days to CIC, just "incase" and yesterday I noticed the :"Current Status" column on the main page changed from "Submitted" to (I cant remember the exact phrase) "Updated"... When I went into the application everything seemed as normal and when I returned to the main page that status was back to Submitted. *shrug*. I'm sure there are still several months of waiting … ill get excited when they ask for passports..

I got pre arrival in May and got PPR few days ago! I had to wait 5 months after pre arrival ! Just be patient it will come
