Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) can issue up to 6,000 nominations for the 2019 calendar year...4,633 nomination certificates have been issued so far in 2019... Approximately 1,800 applications await assessment for eligibility. https://www.alberta.ca/ainp-processing-inventory.aspx

My guess is, if they reach the maximum number for 2019, the rest will be carried over into 2020.

Only webform, but we are not suppose to contact them regarding status, it is clearly said in the email

Did a bit calculation for AINP quota, the remaining may be able to cover all the ee stream til Sep 18th draw( roughly 1200 in total).
