Question for you, when your parents get the PCC do you courier to the embassy or scan and upload to my cic?

They had provided email address so i sent the PCC to the email address they had provided.

After submitting PCC on Oct 15th.. today I can see the update in my account ..it shows the following

• The additional documents you provided have been uploaded.

I received email on Oct 15 to sumbmit PCC and supplementary form and submitted the forms the same day

Permanent Residence

1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 14, 2019.

Does anyone know what happens next?
How do we create an online account? I keep hearing ecas etc. Would someone tell me what that is and what I need to do?

Please call cic first thing today morning to find out whats going on.

Appreciate all for kind concerning, my case is little bit complicated, I was the one who forgot the co-signer signature, I sent app. on June 3rd, then realized that I forgot signature, so sent another one on June 21st in order to avoid any reject risk, on Saturday they cancelled my first one cause they found another app. under my name, so now my app. On ECAS shows received.
