Also, I uploaded my Letter of Explanation, but when I go to check "Documents submitted by the client", I don't see it.
Is that normal?!

Same here. I have two LOE submitted but it's not showing at all when i go to check the documents submitted. Hope it's just a system issue.

I had the same problem. I submitted a technical error ticket, luckily I had the snapshot of the uploaded LOE doc. I will update this post once I receive any response from IRCC technical team regarding that.

I found the solution...you just have to keep refreshing the page until it appears...

Btw how did you upload two LOEs?!
