Anyone else emailed documents before Oct 11 to CPC-M and still didn't get update on Mycic? I emailed mine on the 9th and still no show on mycic, phoned them and they said its not in the system, getting kind of worried.

I emailed them the documents on the 8th and also sent them via Webform. There’s also no update on mycic but I called them and they said they received the documents.

In what type of record would you like to request, there is no option of sponsorship or may I didn’t find it.
There are few other options such as permanent residence etc
How do we select sponsorship?

I am referring to ATIP notes and there is option "FAMILY CLASS , SPOUSE OR COMMON LAW PARTNER IN CANADA CLASS OR REFUGEE SPONSORSHIP' and then in next scroll down column select "SPONSOR'S FILE'. Hope this helps

if you submitted via Email reply >> you will not see any change in MyCIC. Call CIC to get confirmation they received it or not.

@cooold I believe it varies from case to case as it did change status on MYCIC after submitting documents via email "We are reviewing additional documents you provided "

oh ok, yes there was this option, but i thought as it mentions only refugee sponsorship, so it confused me.

My parents have 4 passports for the past 10 years. And due to lot of travel have bundle of stamps(English and Arabic) and of course arabic ones needs translation if needed.

Is there a possibility that any visa office requests scans of all stamped pages in ur all previous passport for the past 10 years.

Or usually they ask scan of current passport only?

Yes you can go as interpreter. Just inform there at the entrance.

How are you call them? I've tried the 1800-363-3380 and I don't hear any option that directs me to a live agent. Any tips?

Hey thanks for your advise. So how does it work do they ask me questions and I give them response ? Or do they ask me and I have to translate it to them?
