My ECAS got activated on Thursday (Oct 17, 2019), but I have not received the AOR Email yet.

This is normal practice, takes few days...

Received a letter from CPC mississauga to resubmit 5669 with Signature of my parents. In addition they asked me to Submit 5406(Additional Family information Form) . May be this was answered before in the forum my apologies for asking this again. I was a bit confused with this form, when i fill this for my Father (whose not the primary applicant) does his name go under the Applicant or spouse?
