Please help!

My in-laws got their Bio done almost a month ago. I can see the Bio info (Bio Number, Date, Expiry) in my CIC. However, under the application status (in Mycic) it says We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details.

It should be completed in my opinion. Right ?

Does anyone else see the same thing. Any idea why ?

I have the same problem. Bio done on Sept 30 in Minneapolis and still shows as not received. I uploaded the acknowledgement receipt we got from the center & they sent an email acknowledging receipt.

I am June 17th and got ECAS yesterday

I have question to all who received email from Mississauga for PCC-CV-Travel Hostroy request and submitted document..

Has anyone has update in ECAS regarding these additional documents?

I uploaded via webform and got an email acknowledgement. I don't think there's a specific line item for these things on MyCIC or ECAS.

She can get exemption. Wait till you get the communication from the LVO. She may directly get the IME.

I just got update thru MYCIC account saying that documents have been uploaded ( IMM5562, RELATIONSHIP LETTER, OLD PASSPORT COPIES, OCI , SECONDARY SCHOOL CERTIFICATE etc.)
Actually i send all these documents thru CIC EMAIL as well as uploaded thru CIC online account

My mom is here on Supervisa, Got medical done and passed on Sep 8, Got email for submit documents in Sep 27 as everyone did and submitted those on 28th. No Bio request yet, no communication from IRCC, Can someone please guide me about next step? Application received on May 1.
