Application submitted on May 31, 2019 for parents sponsorship.

Got an email today to pay for Biometrics. So got that one done as well.

Checked the status on ECAS : Application Received on May 31' 2019.

None. except received Acknowledgment of Receipt on October 1st when the file was transferred to London after sponsorship approval.

Hello, I received a letter asking for police certificate. I am a little bit confused though as the guideline on the website says only original certificate will be accepted, but the letter wants me to send them a copy. And they also want me to email those documents so it’s physically impossible to send them original document.... how did you guys deal with this?

And I did not get medical request, only the biometrics request. And on my ecas they say they have sent my parents medical instruction on Oct 9.... Should I contact them and ask for medical request?
