Hi all,

A quick question. I have linked the application on GC Key but it doesn't show any updates in this. It does not show the Biometric request or that the application has been transferred to visa office.
So is this normal and happens sometimes or should I report it technical issue?

With the AoR1, what i've noticed that in ECAS it will appear 24 hours prior to the actual AoR being sent to your email. But, once it is EACS, you should be able to link the application to your GCKEY.

Edit - if you have followed the guide and are still unable to link your application to GCKEY, I would suggest trying to give CIC a call and they can hopefully walk you through it. There is only so much infor you can share online and still remain anonymous.
