Calling IRRC

Hi all,

I appreciate today is a public holiday in Canada however has the system changed for trying to talk to an agent?

I tried to call to get a status update however the pre-recorded message has changed since I last called and said you can no longer speak to IRRC over the phone and to raise a web form. I’m calling from abroad on +1 613 944 4000 which I’ve used before and got through.

has the system changed or does it just change on public holidays?
